Pricing

All accounts are free. There is no monthly fee. You pay only when you make a shipment.

Connecting your couriers and your store

Your own courier accounts

If you already have accounts with Canada Post, GLS, DHL, FedEx, Purolator, UPS or others, connect them to Machool and compare your negotiated rates alongside ours. The Bring your own account guide covers each courier step by step.

Your online store

Sync Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed, Wix, Etsy or Panierdachat to pull in orders and ship them without retyping anything. See E-commerce.

How the platform is organised

Machool has three main areas: Ship, Manage and Analytics.

Ship

Create one shipment or many at once, and compare rates across service providers before you commit. See Making a shipment.

Manage

Review and change your shipping information across every provider.

  • Shipments Review shipment status and details
  • Pick-ups Schedule shipment pick-ups
  • History Review every shipment you have made
  • Senders Review and add senders on the account
  • Recipients Review and add recipients
  • Providers Add or update service providers
  • Cost centers Add or update cost centers
  • Acknowledgement Add a disclaimer to a business account, reminding users to follow company policy when they ship
  • Labels Choose your default label size, either 4″ x 6″ or 8.5″ x 11″. Every label then prints at that size
