Help! The app froze.

It says I have an error, what do I do?

My shipping destination address keeps getting rejected.

Make sure you have selected the proper “shipping to” selection, there are:

  • to Canada
  • to United States
  • International

It looks like I'm missing shipping services options.

Depending on your shipping destination, there may be more or less service options available. For example, very large packages shipping internationally will cost more and may have less options than a letter or document shipping within your country.

The app is running very slowly.

Check to make sure your Wi-Fi connection is stable, alternatively close and relaunch the app.

I need to reprint a shipping label or invoice for a shipment.

Ask an Administrator to go to Settings > Apps > Shipping Management. You will be able to see all shipments that have been made, with an option to reprint the label or invoice.

I made a mistake on a shipment! Can I delete it?

If shipments have not been transmitted for the day, ask an Administrator to go to Settings > Apps > Shipping Management. You will be able to see all shipments that have been made, with an option to delete/void any of them by clicking the trashcan icon next to it.
