You may add departments as cost centers under uSend configuration before you start shipping.
You may add unlimited departments as cost centers. Simply do this the same way you added user accounts by clicking the + button.
A new box will pop up where you may enter the information.
It is best to add all the departments that will perform shipping tasks in your company. This plays a large role in your shipment analytics.
Each employee who ships for the first time must create a profile – this is where they will select their department so you can keep track of each department’s shipping expenditures. All the departments you’ve added will be shown in the drop down menu.
