Import recipients<\/h2>\n\n

Simplify your shipping process by importing recipient information in bulk into your Machool account. Follow our guide to get started.<\/p>\n\n

Prepare CSV document<\/h3>\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to the Recipient page (Manage > Recipients<\/span>).<\/li>\n
  2. Click the + Upload CSV<\/strong> link button.<\/li>\n
  3. Download a sample CSV file and open it (sample_recipient_list.csv<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  4. Add your recipient information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    All columns in the sample file must be present. Attention_to<\/strong>, Unit_Floor<\/strong>, Buzzer_Code<\/strong>, Phone<\/strong>, Phone_Extension<\/strong> and Email<\/strong> are optional<\/strong> columns that can contain blank values. Province values may also be left blank for countries outside Canada and the United States. Phone values must not contain country calling codes (e.g. +1 for North America).<\/p>\n

    Please ensure to use the two letter code<\/strong> for the Country_Code column.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Upload and import<\/h3>\n\n

    1. Go back to the Machool app and upload the CSV file by selecting a file, or simply drag and drop the file into the grey area.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Import<\/strong> at the bottom right.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      1. When the import is completed, a status is displayed.\n
